T1d mom it’s not for the weak shirt, Shirt for Men and Women, hoodie, tank top, sweater, long sleeve t-shirt
Let me start by saying that the overly critical comments of this book are mostly totally preposterous and pathetic, do not judge the book by its rating. Most of those comments don't even present a coherent argument why they are so critical.
While this book is not even close to the profundity of 12 Rules for Life, Dave Rubin presents his opinions and his career story in a very captivating way, all the way sharing explanations of his views. I have absolutely no problem with the way he does that, even though I do not agree with some of them.
The value of this for me lies in the summary of the current leftist insanity crisis at the beginning, and the few "Extra Rules for Life" at the very end. That's why it was worth it to read.
If Rubin spent more time on valuable insights like these, instead of criticizing the Left and somewhat lengthily defending his position, it would be an even more enjoyable read.
Still, I am really happy I went through it and recommend it to all, to read through and make their own opinions. Which is actually what this book is about.
